He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Delores Plummer Miller of Matoaka, WV; his sons, Charles Joseph Miller of Matoaka and Brandon Wade Miller (Kayla) of Matoaka; and his grandchildren, Connor Miller, Claire Miller, Waylon Miller and Braylee Miller.
