She is survived by: her parent Verlin Johnston, Jr. of Matoaka; her grandparents, Verlin and Mary Ellen Johnston of Matoaka; her brothers, Josh Shrewsbury (Hannah) of Bluefield and Matthew Johnston (Emilie); her aunt Kayla Phillips (Matthew) of Bluefield; and her cousins, Peyton Phillips of Bluefield and Emalee Phillips of Bluefield. She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
