It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Short (Matoaka, West Virginia), born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on August 10, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Bruce Otis Short; and his siblings, Steve Short and Melissa Short Shrader. He is survived by: his parent Janice Shrader Short; his siblings, Mike Short (Meryl) of Lumbard, IL, Edna "Sissy" Blevins (James), Pamela Short, Roy Pendergrass of Lamar, Darrell Wiley of Rock and Todd Huffman (Becky) of Peterstown; his granddaughter Murt of Lashmeet; and also Tiff Taff of Rock.
