It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel S. Breeden Sr. of Matoaka, West Virginia, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Daniel Breeden and Hazel Annie Hudgins Breeden; his wife Ilean Bailey Breeden; and his siblings, Jerry, Barry, George, Lottie, Velma, Cathy and Nettie.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Breeden, Jr. of Matoaka, Trena Linkous (Gary) of Hiawatha and Connie Shrewsbury (Harold) of Spanishburg; his sisters, Margaret Williams of Greensboro, NC and Maxine Gibson of Georgia; his grandchildren, Danielle Damewood (Jordan), Tanner Ratcliff, Daryn Harmon (Korin) of Victoria Breeden, R. J, Linkous (Afton) and Amanda Shrewsbury (Daniel M.); and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Emma, Lillian, Dalton, Jailean and Jesse.
