He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Webster and Eva Webster; and his siblings, Carolyn Webster, Anna Lee Webster, Norma Jean Funkhouser, James Webster, Christine Webster and Patrick Webster.

He is survived by: his siblings, John Webster of Mathias, WV, Bessie See of Winchester, VA, Sue Armstrong of Kentucky, Janet Corbin of Martinsburg, WV and Owen "Jack" Webster of Tennessee; and his nieces, Mary and Ann Webster.

Memorial donations may be made to McKee Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
