He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Custer and Nancy Clemens Custer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lorraine Riggleman-Custer; his children, Ricky Ward (Grace), Logan Custer, Adrian Custer, Christal Hemp (Shawn), Tiffany Dean (William), Mikayla "Kaley" Riggleman and Desirae McCarthy (Akeem); his siblings, Otis "Chick" Custer, Jr., Mike Custer, Nancy Gordon and Wendy Frazier; and his sister-in-law Jacquline "Jackie" Holeman. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be required for the health of others.
