He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Keesecker Hall of Martinsburg, WV; his children, William Hall of Falling Waters, WV and Norma Cook of Martinsburg, WV; and his siblings, Marvin Hall, Raymond Hall, Roger Hall and Hope Harper. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
