She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Popkins (Cynthia) of Mathias, WV and David Popkins of Mathias, WV; her grandchildren, Tyler and Anna Smith; her stepgrandchildren, Anna, Joshua and Ashley Painter; her great grandchildren, Ara Wood and Luna Smith; her siblings, Janet Thomas, Sarah Green and Tony Green; and her nieces and nephews, Travis Smith, Amanda, Cole Green, Josiah Piceno and Hannah Percinsky (Rick).
