He is survived by: his spouse Sharen Kerr Wilkins; his children, Jeffrey Wilkins (Amanda), Michelle Wilkins of Mathias, WV and Sarah Hose of Mathias, WV; his siblings, Walter Wilkins, Barry Wilkins of Mathias, WV and Patsy Delawder of Mathias, WV; and his grandchildren, Austin, Ryan Wilkins, Huntley and Marshall Hose.
