He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Welsh and Marjorie H. Welsh (Peters); his son Keith Welsh; his brother Frank Welsh; and his sister-in-law Hilda Welsh.
He is survived by: his wife June Welsh (Weakley); his brother Eddie Welsh (Anne); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Ingersoll, Linda Weakley and Leonard Weakley. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
