He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Wilkins, Jr. and Hannah See Wilkins; his wife Stella Dove of Virginia; and his siblings, Audrey Fitzwater, Deloris Link, Lawrence and Paul Wilkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Peggy Wilkins of Mathias; and his brother-in-law Lee F. Dove of Fulks Run.
Following CDC guidelines, masks and social distancing are required.
