It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connalee Strawderman of Mathias, West Virginia, born in Lost City, West Virginia, who passed away on October 28, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Price Strawderman and Roxie Strawderman (Foltz); his daughter Patricia Mongold; his grandson Roger Foshee; his great grandchildren, Grayson Strawderman, Bucklee Campbell and Ella Grace Martin; and his brother Frank Strawderman.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Strawderman (Martin); his children, Pamela Reynolds (Welton) of Baker, WV, David Strawderman (Betty) of Moorefield, WV, Rebecca Smith (Bobby) of Mathias, Mike Strawderman (Lisa) of Mathias, WV and Ervin Mattox of Baker, WV; his siblings, Ellen Shoemaker (Delmar) of Broadway, VA and Rick Strawderman (Patricia) of Wardensville, WV; and his grandson Brandon Foshee.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Garrett's Chapel Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
