He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Fulk and Denver Randolph Fulk; and his sisters, Peggy Warner and Sandy Good. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Strawderman; his children, Vickie Lynn Saville of Moorefield, WV and Charles Denver Fulk (Tina) of Mathias, WV.; his siblings, Bonnie Yankey (Harold "Squirm") and Denver Fulk (Anne); his grandchildren, Justin, Natasha (Ryan), Kayla (Michael), Tanner (Jaden), Emmie (Alex), Cate (Justin), Eli, Bentley and Jess (Derek); and his great grandchildren, Kendelynn, Priscilla, Aubree, Cora, Easton, Dreyden, Eliza, Levi, Raelynn, Polly, Scarlett, Haivyn, Sadie, Everleigh and Issac. He is also survived by 2 children and countless grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grandle Funeral Home (148 E Lee St, Broadway, VA 22815). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
