She is survived by: her husband David Allen Simmons, Sr.; her son David A. Simmons, Jr. (Jennifer) of Waynesboro, VA; her siblings, Kathy Lynn Mongold of Broadway, VA, Eva Kay Moyer of Mathias, WV, Houston B. Mongold, Jr. of Moorefield, WV and John M. Mongold of Dorcas, WV; and her grandchildren, Rosealynn Simmons, Anastasia Simmons, Elizabeth Harris and Isabella Merberger.
