She was predeceased by: her father Melvin W. Lewis, Sr.; and her brothers, Melvin Lewis, Jr. and Dale Eugene Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Shell (See); her brothers, David Lewis (Brenda) of Mathias, Phillip Lewis (Gidget) of Mathias and Wayne Lewis (Kathy) of Timberville, VA; and her half-sisters, Margaret Zier (Peter) and Martha Andrson (Michael). She is also survived by several loving aunts, nieces and nephews.
