He is survived by: his mother Louise "Weasey" Smith (Daniel) of Matewan, WV; his fiancé Lindsey Daniels of Matewan, WV; his sons, Michael of Matewan, WV, Chase Dotson of Matewan, WV, Cash of Matewan, WV and Kingsley Pruitt of Matewan, WV; his siblings, Blaine Pruitt of Matewan, WV and Merissa Pruitt of Matewan, WV; and his stepbrothers, Jonathan Smith of Morehead, KY, Stephen Smith (Tara) of Matewan, WV and Andrew Smith of Georgetown, KY.. He is also survived by neighbors and friends.
