He is survived by: his father William Farley Jr.; his sons, Steven of Lynn, WV and Willis Farley of Lynn, WV; and his siblings, David Farley of Turkey Creek, Donald Farley of McCarr, Johnnie Farley of McCarr, Sharon Scott of Matewan, WV and Ethel McClure (Allen) of Martinsville.
