He is survived by: his wife Gladys Mullins of Beech Creek, WV; his sons, Michael Dean Mullins (Tamara) of Hickory, NC, Keith Mullins of Asheboro, NC and Barry Kent Mullins (Susan Caroline) of Dryridge, KY; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Ryan, Barry Kent, Dalton, Myranda, Kara, Hayley and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Korbin and Zaidyn; and his siblings, Mack Mullins, Roger Mullins, Randall Mullins, Bruce Mullins, Jean Mullins and Kay Chafin.
