She was predeceased by: her brother Robert "Bob" Gooslin. She is survived by: her husband Chris Hager of Buskirk, KY; her children, Amy Provenzano (Dan) of Columbus, OH and Jay R. Hyden (Kelley) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Jayden Akers, Kameron Provenzano, Hunter Hyden and Rylee Hyden; and her brother Steve Gooslin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
