He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Hall and Mary Hall (Estep); and his siblings, Joan Daughtery, Danny Hall, Jerry Hall, Russle Hall and James Dotson.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine M. Hall of Sand Siding, WV; his sons, James D. Hall (Julie) of Phelps, KY and David R. Hall (Shane) of Lexington, KY; and his granddaughter Candace Jade Addison Robinette.
