She is survived by: her parent Dolly Hamilton Simpkins; her daughter-in-law Opal Stewart of Matewan, WV; her grandchildren, Jack Stewart (Chasity) of Logan, WV, Lisa Scott and Charlotte Williams (Jason) of Matewan, WV; and her great grandchildren, Morgan Linville, Amber Scott, Grace, Abigail, Isabel and Sofie Williams.
