He was predeceased by: his father Albert Sullivan; and his brother Michael Eugene Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Beavers Sullivan (Beavers); his children, Rachel Dawn Sullivan of Williamson, WV and Travis Cole Sullivan of North Matewan, WV; his sisters, Sheila Lynn Kessler of Matewan, WV and Sharon Kay Yates (Joe) of Canada, KY; and his granddaughters, Cadence Monroe Sullivan and Camryn Reese Sullivan.
