He is survived by: his wife Kay "Kat" Barath; his children, Denise Cochran (Joseph) of Cynthiana, KY, Billy Barath Jr. (Cindy) and Mark Barath (Sherri) of Pikeville, KY; and his grandchildren, Douglas Barath (Tara), Tony Barath, Kyla Collins (Bryce), Sean Cochran, Ryan Cochran and Billy. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors, loved ones and friends.
