He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Duckworth and Lillian Duckworth (Tasker); and his siblings, Paul, Buddy, Gary, Delbert Duckworth and Lillian Adams.
He is survived by: his children, George Joseph "Joey" Duckworth of Kingwood, WV and Sherry Watkins (Rodney) of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Shyann Duckworth, Dustin Duckworth and Katelynn Watkins; his siblings, Myrtle Phillips (Terry) of Rowlesburg, Arthur Duckworth of Tennessee and Claude Duckworth (Reba) of Tennessee; his former wife Sharon Lansberry; and also, Cody and Bryan Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
