He was predeceased by: his parents, Cidney Johnson and Frances Johnson (Shaffer); his grandparents, John, Iva Shaffer, Cora and Maurice Johnson; and his brother-in-law Timothy Calvey, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Alicia Johnson, Tara Johnson (Jim) and George Solley; his grandson Abel Solley; and his siblings, Patty Calvey (Keith), Tina Johnson and Cidney Johnson, Jr. (Caroline). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
