She is survived by: her parent Mildred Marie Mitchell (O'Neil); and her children, Samuel Isaac Jacobs, Jr. of Morgantown, Sarah Elizabeth Jacobs of Mansfield, OH, Mildred Nemes (Robert) of Cape Coral, FL, Annalee Sanford of Masontown, Michelle Larson (Greg) of Ocala, FL and Charles William Jacobs (Christine) of Indiana. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
