He was predeceased by: his father Russell Smeltzer of Pennsylvania. He is survived by: his mother Joan Simpkins of Morgantown; his close friend Virginia Cottrell; his siblings, Eric (Terry Smetlzer) of Morgantown, David (Lynsey) of Pennsylvania and Tina Smeltzer of Pennsylvania; and also, Macey Johnson, Hunter Bee, Austin and Isaac. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
