She is survived by: her children, Gina Petak (Frank) and Eric Taylor; her grandchildren, Marsha Montgomery (William), Tabatha McCormick (Adam), Miranda Taylor-Moats (Damien), Travis Petak (Emily) and Donald Petak; her great grandchildren, Monika McCartney (Kyle), Alyssa Montgomery, Ethan Titchenell, Josh Montgomery, Mariah Titchenell, Mattyson Montgomery, Jayden Moats, Logan Montgomery, Jozie Montgomery, Emma Montgomery, Easton McCormick, Emmalee Moats, Braelynn Petak, Walker Petak and Adalee McCormick; and her great great grandchild Madilynn Jo McCartney.
