He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moon, Sr. and Viola Ship Moon. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hawkinberry Moon; his children, Tina Moon Tasker (Brian) of Masontown, John Moon, III (Michelle) of Grafton and Brian Moon of Masontown; his grandchildren, Dakota Tasker (Alex), Emily Moon Fischer (Nick), Madison Moon Alderson (Ben), Branson Tasker, Allison Moon (Colton Bolyard) and Kella Moon (Robby Moncrief); his great grandchildren, Olivia Fischer and Caroline Tasker; his sisters, Tammy Moon Yoney (Bob) of Waynesburg, PA, Sue Moon Fowler (Tom) of Jefferson, PA, Candy Moon Oxenrider (Dirk) of Upper St and Rose Moon Sroka of Waynesburg, PA; and his pets, Delilah and Rico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
