He was predeceased by: his parent William N. Garner; his wife Leah Jane Shaffer Garner; and his son-in-law Jacob Born. He is survived by: his parent Pearl D. Garner (Sturn); and his daughters, Linda Hanlin (Darrell) of Masontown, Deanna Hovatter (Lloyd) of Masontown and Helen Born of Reedsville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
