He is survived by: his parents, Gary Cale and Margie Cale (Shaffer); his son Duston Ryan Metz; his grandson Ryan Metz; his grandfather Daniel Shaffer of Masontown; his brothers, Chris Cale of Kingwood and Jeremy Cale (Morgan Kisner) of Masontown; his nieces and nephews, Mandra Trickett, Chelsea Mazza, Chris, Colby and Braylon Cale; and his great-niece Aubree. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and close friends.
