She is survived by: her mother Cindy Ellen Moats (Pifer) of Parsons; her husband Clarence Andrew Moats; her daughter Whitney Jane (Dustin Tichinel) of Bretz; her siblings, Allen (Cindy Sue Moats) of Parsons, Connie Moats of Kerns and Loretta Watson of Parsons; her grandchildren, Navaida Tichinel, Adalynn Watson and Alondra Watson; and her parents-in-law, Clarence Gilbert Moats of Kingwood and Linda Moats of Bretz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
