He is survived by: his parent Mildred Radabaugh (DeBerry); his wife Connie McKinney Radabaugh; his children, Ann Radabaugh of Morgantown, Scott Radabaugh of Masontown and David Paul Radabaugh Jr. of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, David Paul Radabaugh III and Alia Joyce Radabaugh.
