He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Hixenbaugh; his children, Veronica Shrout of Kingwood, WV, Stacey Hixenbaugh of Etam, WV, Scott Dumire (Alissa) of Albright, WV and Jennifer Roth (Josh) of Lakeland, FL; his siblings, Peg Spaid (Bob) of Eglon, Judy Clarkson (Gary) of Rowlesburg, Jody Goff (Mark) of Rowlesburg, Joey Hixenbaugh of Morgantown and James Layman of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Payton Swisher (Brady), Addison Shrout, Jamesanna Shrout and Bishop Dumire; and his great grandchildren, Hayven and Greer Swisher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
