She is survived by: her children, Mike Johnson (Jennifer) of Masontown, Jerry "Oogie" Johnson (Dana) of Masontown and Kathy Klein (Ben) of Solon, OH; her daughter-in-law Patty Johnson; her grandchildren, Ricky Johnson, Nicole Johnson of Michael Johnson, II., Casey Johnson, Shelby Johnson, Whitney Johnson Graham, Christopher Shaffer, Jodi Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Steven Jared and Robert Jared; her great grandchildren, Abi Thomas, Aiden Johnson, Wyatt Johnson, Kiley Cole, Devyn Johnson, Julian Shaffer, Michael Ray Johnson III, Gavin Jared, Holden Jared, Ashton Jared and Everleigh Jared; and her siblings, Burton Shaffer, Virginia Shaffer Williams, Sonna Hussing, Nancy Wolfe, Harvey Shaffer, Susan Alley, Jack Shaffer and Dave Shaffer.
