She is survived by: her children, Mary Elizabeth Chapman of South Bend, IN, Jerry Lee and John James Mullins II (Jennifer) of Batavia, OH.; her grandchildren, Krystil Painter of New Haven, WV., Nancy, Olivia Van, Kooi (Jay), Aurora Mullins, John James "JJ" Mullins III, Joseph "Joey" Mullins, Kevin Kuhn (Rachel) of Gallipolis, OH and Nathaniel Cowen of South Bend, IN.; her great grandchild Maverick Painter; and her siblings, Brandace McCombs (Lewis), Wacouta Sue Darst, Charlie (Anne Byus), Jerry Robert Jr. (late Glenna), Tommy Byus, Randy (Bonnie Byus) and Ronnie (Connie Byus).
