He was predeceased by: his father James E. Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Betty Hysell Johnson; his children, Coy and Melissa; his grandchildren, A. J., Baylee, Cason and William; and his siblings, Bob, Carol, Barb and Kay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
