He is survived by: his adoptive parents, Charles Fisher and Norma Fisher; his children, Izael Fisher and Gracelyn Fisher; and his siblings, Connie Mitchum (Billy) of Point Pleasant, WV, Gail Fisher of Mason, WV, Melissa Taylor (Gandee) of Apple Grove, WV and Michael Fisher of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several brothers, nieces and nephews.
