He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mullins and June Mullins (Shamblin); his wife Nancy Mullins; his sister Barbara Mullins; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Mullins Jr. (Wendy), John Mullins II (Jennifer), Krystil Painter and Mary Chapman; his grandchildren, Olivia, Jay, Aurara, John III, Joey, Maverick, Kevin and Nathaniel; and his siblings, James Mullins (Trena) and Carol Durst (Bill). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Social distancing will be observed and face masks are required.
