She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wallace and Flossie Wallace; her brother Venton Wallace; her sister-in-law Norma Wallace; her son Curtis Sizemore; her niece Celia Wallace; and her nephew Larry Wallace (Erva Blake).

She is survived by: her son Rev. Dale Blake (Kathy) of Oak Island, NC; her grandchildren, Kiley Blake of Oak Island, Roger Blake (Anna Maria) of Hampstead, Randy Blake (Shaunda) of Leland, Ryan Blake of Portsmouth, VA, Joe Sizemore (Shelly) of Gallipolis, OH, Sarah Sailors (Blake) of Athens, GA and Tyler Persinger of Charlotte, NC; her friends, Theresa Milne of Wallace, NC and Ginny Sanders of Point Pleasant; and her niece Mary Johnson of Milton, WV.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be considered to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which she faithfully supported.
