He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kelly Manning and Icy Fern "Hoile" Manning. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Marie "Morgan" Manning; his children, Anissa D. McKinney (Kevin), Jason L. Manning (David) and Mimi L. Elmore (Duane); his grandchildren, Cody T. McKinney (Caitlin), Lincoln Morgan, Lily Elmore, Chloe VonLehmden (Thomas), Morgan Elmore, Sheridan McKinney and Mia Elmore; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Brantley, Addisyn and Finley.
