She is survived by: her sons, Michael Foltz (Rhonda) and Dennis Foltz; her grandchildren, Danielle Foltz, Megan Foltz and Rhiannon Foltz; and her great grandchildren, Jada Ross, Clarissa Foltz, Eugene McIntire, Jr. (EJ) and Grayson McIntire.
