He was predeceased by: his father George Kesecker; and his son Robert Rhoe. He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Bowers Rhoe; and his children, Richard Rhoe (Jenny), Steven Rhoe and Julie Wallace (Randy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, and sister.
