He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Benton and Vesta Rubina Teets Riley; his son Todd Riley; and his brother Karol Riley. He is survived by: his wife Janet Sue Friend Riley; his daughters, Barbra Hagan (John), Tina Love (Stephen) and Tammie Barth (Brian); his grandchildren, Jennifer Nesbitt, Kevin Hagan, Tyler Hagan, Tanner Love, Kayla Turner, Trevor Love, Tucker Love, Riley Barth, Gabrielle Barth and Andrew Barth; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Colton, Luke Turner and Desmond Nesbitt; and his siblings, Stephen Lester Norris Riley, Carolyn L. Herbert and Dorothy J. Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Inwood (634 Middleway Pike, Inwood, WV 25428). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sand Spring Cemetery.
