He was predeceased by: his wives, Judy Arrington (Engle) and Charlotte Arrington (Griffith); and his parents, Milton Arrington and Louise Arrington. He is survived by: his former wife June Arrington (Davis); his children, Thomas Arrington Jr. (Sophia), Maria Arrington Wilson and Donna Meade (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Jason Matthews (Rebecca), Richard Flowers, Joshuah Smith (Nicole), Laci Cline, Zachary Arrington, Jonathan Blume (Becky), Raven Arrington (Michael), Zoey Meade and Gauge Meade.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Mausoleum Chapel (515 S Market St, Frederick, MD 21701).
