He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Kendrick (Buddy), Frank Kendrick (Sharon) and Dorothy Dillard (Dottie); his son Blake Kendrick; and his parents, Robert Woodrow Kendrick and Katherine Louise Kendrick Parkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Kendrick; his daughters, Amanda Horst (Uriah) and Briana Hensley (Brie); his siblings, Betty Hollander (Ken), David (Davy) and Steve Parkinson (Connie); his grandchildren, Caitlyn (Kyle), Zoey and Zeke; his great grandchild Oaklend; and his friends, Ronnie Turner, Shawn Keith, Joe Hadley (Chuck) and Norm Ripley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles (Buddy) Kendrick, Frank (Sharon) Kendrick; one sister, Dorothy (Dottie) Dillard; a son, Blake Kendrick; parents, Robert Woodrow Kendrick and Katherine Louise Kendrick Parkinson.
