She is survived by: her children, Lisa N. Cloonan (Bryan Wright) of Martinsburg, Julie N. Rubley (Steve) of Vienna, VA and Bradley P. Nicklin (Diana Bruel); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Morgan, Kaitlyn, Ashton and Drew. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She was 16 years old when she took on the position, and she retired during Covid.
