She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Harold Ford and Wilhelmina Elizabeth Ford (Saum); her husband Thomas Michael Collins, Sr.; her brother Harold Saum Ford (Rosemary); and her grandsons, William C. Collins, Daniel T. Collins and James T. Collins.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas M. "Mike" Collins, Jr. (Mary), Richard J. Collins (Vonanita), Steven F. Collins (Jewel) and Pat Collins (Krystal); and her grandchildren, Angella Rudisill, Rebecca Miley, Erica Wallech, Corey Collins, Brittany Collins, Kyle Collins, Sean Collins and Jennifer Collins. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
