It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Kisner (Martinsburg, West Virginia), who passed away on August 22, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Marshall Glenn; his stepson Robert Z. Quinn, III; and his father-in-law Carl Townsend. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Miller Kisner; his wife Joyce Townsend Kisner; his grandchildren, Colton Kelley and Austin Graham; his siblings, Larry Kisner (Sharon), Phillip Kisner (Karen) and Winnie Kisner; and his mother-in-law Patricia Townsend. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
