He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Teressa Jacobs Johnson; his son Mark Johnson of Martinsburg, WV; his grandchild Lauren; his great grandchild Kollyn; and his brothers, Richard Johnson of Martinsburg, WV and Harold Douglas (Jeanette) of Falling Waters, WV..

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Horses with Hearts or JUMP (Junior Mentoring Program).
